HR Manager - Agribusiness - Mozambique

We are representing a leading Agriculture company with operations across Mozambique.

This is an ideal opportunity to join a market leader with clearly defined career path.

The Human Resources Director will have experience of working in Africa preferably in the Agricultural or similar sector with remote site experience.

Duties of the Human Resources Director will include:
• Work with the employees’ union to maintain working relationships within the company.
• Manage the Human Resources Division at one of the worksites.
• Responsible for large scale employment of local staff and create clear progressions plans.
• Liaise closely with senior management based in Africa and Europe
• Implement HR Processes for local and expatriate staff; ensuring that all employee needs are met.

Requirements

Personal Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience
• Experience of managing a large number of expatriate and local staff.
• A Bachelor’s degree or similar in Human Resources will be advantageous.
• Previous experience of working in Africa, preferably in a rural environment will be looked upon favourably.
