Employment: Full Time

Our client A Manufacturing Company based in Sharjah are looking for an experienced Arabic Female HR Manager.

Salary 25-30,000 AED (dep exp)

Duties:
- Responsible for all company functions related to management of Human Resources
- Coaching & Monitoring and supervising the HR team
- Recruitment, selection, adverting, agency relationships and interviewing potential employees
- Contracts and personnel details
- Ensuring and implementing of all legal rules regarding labor law
- Best Practice
- Disciplinary and grievances
- Manage residency permits and visa applications
- Implantation of HR strategies, plans in line with company guidelines
- Overseeing Training & HR policies
- Performance management, leading and development
- Prepare reports
- Company and salary reviews
- Administer health and welfare plans
- Manage Company Payroll & compensation
- Liaise with PRO

Requirements

- HR Management UAE experience
- Able to travel to Sharjah daily
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Fully IT literate in Microsoft Packages
- Professional, hard working

Sunday to Thursday plus company benefits
Package: 25-30k

- Preferably female Based in the UAE
- Minimum experience: 10 years experience in HR functions, 3 to 4 years as HR manager. (Qualified candidates will be highly preferred, Msc, CIPD)
- Preferred fields: Manufacturing, services, facility, hotel chains, developers
- Experience dealing in a workers environment. - I believe that means someone who has dealt with both white collar and blue collar workers
