HR Manager - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

Main responsibilities: - HR Manager based in Jeddah will be reporting to the CEO. Working with an established HR team, the main focus will be on the core business functions

- The HR manager will support and develop managers

- Retention

- Development

- Rewards

- Sourcing and Selecting

- Manage the intended 5 year company growth plans

- Knowledge of Logistics, Finance, Sales Practices at a strategic level

- Arabic is essential as the successful candidate will have communication with services teams and government teams

- General HR Management i.e. Employee contracts, leave, resident permits etc

Reporting to: CEO
Gross monthly base salary: 30,000 - 33,000
Commission / Bonus: Fixed and multiplier
Other Benefits: Company Car, Bonus, Medical, Tickets

Requirements

University Qualifications: Degree Educated
Other certifications obtained: CIPD is desirable
Nature and length of previous experience: 5-10 Years of previous, relevant HR experience
Language Fluency: Arabic
