Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading glass manufacturing company. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to manage their operation in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Boasting a presence in almost 30 countries, they are a recognised world leader with an impeccable reputation worldwide.
You will develop, revise, improve and maintain all of the HR policies and procedures and manage the day-to-day HR operations. You will have a focus on key areas of the HR function such as succession planning, performance management, talent management and organisational development.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience within Human Resources (with at least 3-5 years at a managerial level). You should be Arabic Speaking and a strong HR generalist with experience working for companies with a size-able headcount (minimum 300 employees).
You should have solid experience in the manufacturing sector (multinational companies and continual manufacturing process is preferred) and have very strong exposure within talent management. Candidates not currently based in Saudi Arabia but open to relocation to the region will also be considered for this role and are encouraged to apply.
