Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a five star luxury hospitality business who are looking to hire an HR Manager to join their pre-opening hotel.
You will lead and oversee the day to day operation of the HR Department and play a critical role in the implementation of the hotel’s HR function. You will assess organisational needs, develop solutions as well as implement and improve areas towards employee relations to ensure a positive relationship amongst all colleagues.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally be based in Saudi Arabia, and if not this person must have previous experience working within the Kingdom. You should have a strong Hospitality background as well as experience of working within a pre-opening hotel. Previous HR Management experience is essential, and you should hold strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. You should possess excellent communication skills and be bilingual, with both Arabic and English language fluency.
