Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large, locally owned holding company with multiple offices in the UAE and business interests within property development, manufacturing, FMCG, investment and oil and gas. Due to a recent growth period, our client is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic / English) HR Manager to join the business working from their Al Ain office.
This role will be responsible for driving recruitment forward, on-boarding and mobilisation. You will also be heaving involved in employee relations and engagement. You will put into place new policies and procedures to improve staff retention and continuously improve the quality of the work environment. In addition, you will assist with the development of an employee handbook as well as trainings and initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree as a minimum in HR or a business administration related subject. You should have more than 5 years experience in an HR position, ideally from within a holding company or locally owned business in the UAE. It is essential you have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
