The RoleThe RoleMy client is a growing player in the construction market, working as a consultancy in Cost/ Claims and Project Management they are operating in various locations around the region on high value, long term projects. As a result of this growth they now need a Qualified HR Manager to take up this pivotal role with the operation. This is a new role for the company so it will be a highly involved in the development and delivery of the HR function to support a growing and highly professional team. You can expect the role to cover all HR activities including; Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Succession Planning, Leave Management, Performance Appraisals, Training & Career Development, Salary Administration, HR Policies & Procedures, Job Descriptions & Evaluations, Budgeting, Short/Long term Planning and Key strategy implementation across the entire scope of business operation as it grows and develops into a key market player. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates should have a minimum of 10 years working in a fast moving environment and being responsible for the total HR function. You will be well qualified and CIPD. You will have superior communication skills and be able to work with deadlines and pressure. You must also be ready to be self sufficient and a self starter, this role is with a small growing company who do not have the luxury of time for people to develop into the role. You will be the HR expert and there is not on eels to lean on. So you must be ready to hit the ground running. Package to expect will be in the region of 25,000 to 35,000 per month. Perhaps push to 40,000 pm in certain exceptions. Plus healthcare and flights. |
