Job description / Role
Looking for a HR Manager for a period of 6 months and possibly for an extension to 1 year as per clients requirement.The candidate must have good knowledge in HR functions and fluent in Arabic language.
Requirements
Candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in HR.
The candidate must have a master degree and any certificate courses related to HR is an added advantage.
The candidate should able to maintain full payroll administration including salary , allowances and benefits administration.
Candidate must be able to coordinate the expense claim related to salary, benefits and travel.
Responsible for updating and execution of employment contracts and related documentation.
Administration of any further benefits programs not covered in the system including life and health insurance, etc.
