HR Manager - Fashion/Retail

Job description / Role

My client is an expanding retail/fashion company looking for an exceptional individual to join and take the HR department forward as part of the company's expansion plan.
As a key part of the Senior Leadership team, the HR Manager will work closely with the Managing Directors to acheive the company's vision in becoming the leader within it's field.

The role will be a full HR generalist role with particular emphasis on HR Strategy, HR Policy, Employee Engagement and Performance Management.

My client is looking for an exceptional individual who has a proven track record of achieving in their previous roles. The successful candidate will be the most senior person in HR and eventually will take on a role as a HR Director with this business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate MUST have the following:

A solid background as a HR manager - essential
Retail background - highly desirable
Enthusiastic and passionate about HR and people - essential
Experience working with a fast growing company - highly desirable
Excellent communication skills - essential
Must be based in the GCC - essential

Salary:
AED 30,000 - 35,000
