Job description / Role
One of the largest FMCG organizations in the region is seeking a progression HR Professional. They are looking for an active and dynamic Omani national that is looking for their next step up in HR
Recruitment & resourcing:
- Talent management strategies
- Working with hiring managers to create job briefs
- Reviewing suitable applications
L&D initiatives:
- Developing and championing leadership development programs
Operational effectiveness:
- Working with wider group HR to align business area operational planning and business objectives
Management:
- Will sit on the management board
- Management & development of existing HR Coordinator
- Reporting to Regional HR Manager
Performance management
- Developing performance development initiatives
- Administration of annual appraisal processes
- Salary reviews & increases
Compensation & benefits
- HR services to business unit
Requirements
The successful candidate should have 3 to 4 years experience within HR, ideally with exposure to a multinational environment. The role is ideal for those who are looking for a step up in to a managerial role with more autonomy.
Must be an Omani National.
