A Global client of mine is seeking a HR Manager for the gulf region based in Bahrain.
You will be working for one of the most well established names in the industry who work at the cutting edge of technology and innovation.
This is a generalist role but has great scope to to be an influential figure in the company as a whole where you will play a key role as part of the senior management team.
You will have an international remit with the employee group under your responsibility.
Job Description:
This is a generalist role as a HR Manager. You will be a member of the senior management team and have line manager responsibilities as well. Your responsibilities will be as follows (this is not an exhaustive list);
Recruitment and Selection
Change Management
Employee relations; Performance management, disciplines and grievances, Maternity/Paternity, Absence etc
New Starters and Leavers
Employee record management
HR Projects and organisational change
Training and Development
Requirements
Person Specification
This role would ideally be suited to someone who has HR manager experience and has the confidence and gravitas to push a HR agenda through at a senior level.
You must have experience in managing at least 8 people in the past.
You would also benefit from having worked in a fast paced company experiencing global growth. You will also have the capability and flexibility to switch from operational to strategic level work on a day to day basis.
