Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a forward thinking organisation that develops 5 Star hotels across the region. Due to expansion plans in the head office, our client is looking to hire a HR Manager who will be responsible for structuring the corporate HR function.
This is a critical role within the business where you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR Department, playing an acute role in the implementation of the HR function. You will also assess organisational needs and develop solutions. In addition you will implement and improve areas towards employee relations to ensure a positive relationship amongst all colleagues.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a solid knowledge of the Qatari Labour Laws and local government authorities. You should ideally already be based in Qatar as well as have solid experience in developing and implementing an entire HR function. It is essential you come from a hospitality background. Excellent communication skills alongside strong interpersonal and problem solving skills are also vital for this role.
