HR Manager (Hotel/Apartment in Dubai)
Our client, a large group of companies, is urgently looking for a HR Manager who will be based in their office in Dubai. For this role, you will be responsible for driving all HR initiatives in the business, managing any changes that need to be implemented and KPIs set for the HR Department are met. You will have a team of HR assistants and will directly reporting to the CEO.
Requirements
For this role, you must be a degree holder and having an additional HR certification is plus. You should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, gained from 4* to 5* hotels in the UAE. Fluency in English is highly required and knowledge in Arabic is a plus. If you are willing to work in a smaller scale hotel operation, with strong willed to inject new changes in HR, this is the right opportunity for you.
Salary package would be from AED15,000 to AED25,000 per month plus yearly ticket and medical insurance.
