HR Manager Job – Food manufacturing

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 (Tax Free) plus benefits

Are you an experienced HR Manager who has what it takes to provide strategic direction to a multicultural business of over 1000 employees? Can you spot areas for improvement, challenge the status quo, develop new processes and polices and implement key change initiatives while influencing senior team and board members across multiple sites?

If you are looking for an international opportunity on a senior level then this role could be for you. Of course it goes without saying that when you are working on a senior level for one of the largest and most respected conglomerates in the Middle East, you will be expected to be operating on a high level.

We are not looking for someone to simply implement and administrate, we are looking for someone who is able to think outside of the box, operate autonomously, take ownership, make key decisions and make a difference to all levels of an organization.

Reporting into the Vice President and CEO for the business you will work closely with senior leadership to guide the organization into greater levels of profitability and performance, daily advising on key decisions and plans. The entire HR remit will fall under your control, with multiple team members reporting to you daily, so of course strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
