The RoleThe RoleAligned to our Process Solutions (HPS) business unit, as part of the local management team you will work with the Business Leaders and key stakeholders to ensure they receive high quality HR generalist support and advice. As a stand alone position with in this business unit you will need to be able to demonstrate all round hands on, all round HR generalist experience including knowledge of local employee and labour laws, staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organizational and talent development, along with strong communications skills and experience building strong relationships with business leaders. Similar industry experience would be beneficial although not essential. |
RequirementsRequirements• Must be KSA National • Graduate or equivalent, HR qualification preferred. • Strong HR generalist experience. • Local Employee / Labour Relations experience. • Experience of working in a large multi-national, matrix organization. • Fluent English. • Excellent PC skills.
