Job description / Role
My client is a well known multinational company. Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arised for a Saudi National- experienced HR Manager to join their team in Riyadh or Dammam.
You will be a part of an exciting HR team and will be leading the implementations of existing HR policies as well as reviewing the current policies.
** This role is strictly for Saudi Nationals**
Requirements
Degree in HR or related field
At least 5 years in HR
Previous management experience is highly desired
Experience in complete HR functions- compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment etc
Possess excellent communication skills- both written and verbal in English and Arabic
Good knowledge of local employment laws
Previous experience with multinational companies in KSA is highly desired
