The Role

• The position exists to lead the projects that provide HR solutions to The Companies business in Saudi Arabia with optimized processes, implementation of changes, drive high performance cultures. Build up a capability with leveraged resources and processes that support employees’ development in The Company, support the organizational capability development for The Company JVs business Saudi in align with the The Company strategy.
• Principal accountabilities and responsibilities:
• Work Closely with Corporate HR Middle East team and business leaders in talent management, succession planning process.
• Establish necessary process and infrastructure to support business leaders in identifying development opportunities for employees, facilitate employees’ career development which in align with business strategy.
• Work with Saudi HR and management team in executing the strategies/plans
• Key Performance Areas:
• Global variable compensation program management and administration of:
• Talent Acquisition System (TAS)
• Annual Performance Review (APR)
• Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
• Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
• Discretionary Stock Awards
• Assistance with the development of future strategies and policies with regard for local, legal and cultural needs
• Communication and implementation of corporate HR strategies and policies within Saudi Arabia
• Act as business partner, support and manage activities of workforce planning, communication, performance management, talent development, rewarding system in respected area to create a work place where employees highly engaged.
• Administrative of the administration of local compensation and benefits
• Leading on the collective consultation and negotiations with employee representatives
• Development of effective employee relations between managers and employees with particular regard to promoting communication, reward and recognition
• Implementing the procedures to meet HR requirements in line with short and long term business needs to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and economy
• Implementing of an annual training and development plan to support the business objectives
• Ensure compliance in respect of local employment law
• Participating as an active member of the FSG / FCD and The Company HR community and local operational management team
• Provide leadership and timely support for HR operational process optimization, leveraging and continuous improvement and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate and implement Human Resources policies, programs and systems at Saudi to attract, retain, and develop talents in support of the achievement of business objectives and plans.
• Year-end calculations, reviews, processing and audits
• Coordination and influence of associates responsible for gathering HR related data
• Apply plan rules, and generate incentive payments related to incentive plans/programs

Requirements

The Person

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 7 years of experience in HR and administration management in a large organization.
• Excellent knowledge of management functions, systems, procedures, Saudi laws & legal affairs
• Knowledge of organizational planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development
• Well-developed administrative skills and IT management preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
