Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a European multi-national oil and gas company we are recruiting an experienced HR Manager, to handle the entire HR function for UAE operations.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for both the White and Blue collar workers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be Western or Arabic, and have at least 10 years of HRM experience including Middle East experience.
Essential is that you have worked in oil and gas or manufacturing industries in the Middle East.
Its open to male or female candidates.
They are using SAP, so this would be a distinct advantage, but you could also have experience on other ERP's such as Oracle etc.
Some Payroll experience would also be required.
