Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

One of our clients is seeking for a HR Manager with strong experience in Payroll Administration who will be responsible to coordinate and manage the payroll process for the organisation and handle other general HR activities for a duration of 6 months.

- Ensure accurate delivery of payroll to a companys workforce.
- Involve with weekly or monthly payroll runs, ensuring the employer and employee PAYE are managed and paid in good time.
- Responsible for managing the companys compensation and benefits payments as well as maintaining payroll accounts and employee records.
- Responsible for other HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, training etc.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or hold relevant HR qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR function
- Must be Arabic speaker
- Must have strong analytical skills
