Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Support in formulating and implementing the HR strategy related to Performance Management across the Bank. Responsible for facilitating the annual Performance Management Program. Provide support to staff by conducting counseling sessions. Provide a competitive compensation and benefits approach in the Bank and perform Job Evaluations. Support the executives and line managers to provide assistance to their staff in implementing new HR policies and procedures in the Bank.

Requirements

a) Working with the existing Performance Management Program and the development and implementation of a new performance management system as and when required on all the levels across the Bank and also to observe the change effect of that implementation.
b) Provide change management support for any changes to the performance management system.
c) Arrange mentoring programs and other specialization programs.
d)I dentify and ensure the development of below average and average performers.
e) Support line managers in providing regular performance feedback for employees.
f) Conduct counseling sessions for employees including below average and average performers.
g) Implementation of an effective employees’ recognition scheme to motivate them to deliver optimum performance.
h) Review and implementation of an effective Compensation and Benefits system to manage the attrition rate and attract good talent to the Bank.
i) Undertake job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.
j) Communicate across Divisions the CBI Competencies to all employees that have Competency assessments done to evaluate the existing level of skill and capabilities of available Human Capital.
k) Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of policies and processes relating to Performance Management & Compensation.
l) Develop methods to improve Performance Management & Compensation policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.
m) Strive to continue to build upon best practices in accordance with the Bank’s HR strategy to achieve further productivity and efficiency improvements.
n) Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee’s role as assigned by management.
