Employment: Full Time

Our client is a retail franchise investor and operator in the MENA region, with a head office in Dubai.

They are currently looking for an dedicated, result-oriented all round HR professional with professional experience in implementing HR policies in a fast paced start up environment. The role will be an interesting combination of multi level hiring locally and from overseas plus employee relations, payroll processing and establishing best practice policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR Director in meeting, hiring, induction, training, development and payroll processing targets to deliver start up plans.
- Coordinate Training requirements & coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Arranging employee recognition schemes and performance appraisals
- Accountable for updating employee monthly headcount report, turnover, visa status, cost per hire etc.
- Support all hiring managers in their recruitment needs (posting job offers, sourcing & selection, conducting interviews , liaise and build relationships with both local and international recruitment agencies and coordinate with the group's Recruitment team

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within fast retail or paced food & hospitality environment
- University degree in HR or equivalent
- Strong understanding of, and interest in budget controlling
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Be proficient in all MS Office Applications especially in Excel
- Have good customer-orientation combined with the ability to manage employee needs and requests according to business requirements and policies
- Well organized
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and public relation abilities
- Ability to assist and support others across all levels of the business
- Preference will be given to those who can join in a short notice
- Arabic speaking candidates will be given strong advantage in this position but other candidates with relevant professional background will be considered as well.
