Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an establishment that has such depth and strength they are at the forefront in the GCC within their field. Our client is looking to hire a resourceful HR Manager to join their continually expanding organisation.
Working alongside senior executives, you will be responsible for the effective management of recruitment, personnel administration, payroll as well as company social and medical insurances. You will also be accountable for training and development, company policies and procedures plus all other generalist functions.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified HR Professional with excellent knowledge of the Qatari Labour Laws. You should also possess the ability to handle a large level of responsibility and have effective communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a logical and objective thinker and have strong administration skills. It is essential you are result orientated and able to work in a team environment. It is imperative that you are a solid generalist with an operational approach to HR. Fluency in English is crucial whilst Arabic would be advantageous.
