Our client, a Global Oil & Gas Producer is looking to recruit an HR Manager to take control of HR operations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for an existing mid size HR team servicing employees across several locations in Saudi.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR over several locations in Saudi from ground floor workers to office management. A large part of this role will be implementing new global HR standards throughout your team while ensuring the smooth running of your department alongside new initiatives.

Applicants should be able to bring a strategic Western mentality to the role, be it from working within a Western HR environment or coming from a Western background. This role would suit a man, or a woman with a strong personality to work in this male dominated environment. Exposure to Middle Eastern practices is hugely advantageous.
