Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000 (Per Month)

One of the worlds most prestigious luxury retailers is currently looking for an HR Manager who will oversee all HR functions for their Saudi office.

Responsibilities:
- Managing HR budget.
- Managing on boarding for new starters.
- Drafting and preparing offer letters & T&C of Employment.
- Liaising with prospective candidates to ensure that they are eligible to live and work in the relevant GGC Country and ensure that required documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
- Processing and obtaining Residence Visas, Employment Visas, Labor Contracts in coordination with the Government Relations Departments of our partners in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
- Performing background screenings and reference checks for all prospective hires accurately documenting these activities.
- Recording and maintaining all human resource files and documents, assuring compliancy with the UAE Laws.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for new starters coming from outside the GGC and provide full administrative support during their relocation.
- Chasing queries with managers and liaising with other Head Office teams and local partners to resolve queries. Completing specific items of project work (i.e. presentations, report summaries etc) on an ad hoc basis in a timely and effective manner.
- Liaising with HQ and support implementation of HR Information Systems in the GCC.
- Providing administrative support with regards to rewards programme including Employee Discount card, Health Insurance cover.
- HR data management and filing.
- Responsible for processing the monthly payroll in coordination with our partners in the GCC.
- Coordination of the annual performance review for both Retail and Corporate employees.
- Administrative and Payroll implementation of salary changes, bonus payments, new starters pro-rata salaries, end of service and sales commission payments.
- Responsible for the GCC annual Budget and Forecast process.
- Serves as the point of contact for employees' issues and inquiries, including but not limited to benefits and company policies.
- Provide administrative support during the annual Performance review process.
- Manage probation review process.
- Provide support during disciplinary and grievance procedure, arranging meetings, taking notes, and issuing the relevant letters when required, maintaining minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
- Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.

Requirements

- Fluent knowledge of English and Arabic is essential.
- Strong PC skills, proficiency at using Microsoft office software.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external clients, as well as Head Office team members at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Service attitude.
- Strong time management and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Eligibility and availability to travel to store locations in the GCC (in particular UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain), and in Europe.
- University degree (must be certified by UAE consulate in Country of origin, and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai).
- HR qualification would be an advantage.
