Employment: Full Time

Our client is a Middle East high end fashion distributor and has a large distribution network across the region. With rapid expansion plans and growing regional team, they are currently seeking for a HR Manager, Saudi National to develop, implement and monitor approved Human Resource strategy supporting the achievement of the business goals and aligned with the companys overall HR strategy and the ablility to create and implement the change.

Manages and directs the activities of the Human Resources Operation department.

You will be required to manage the day-to-day running of the HR department with focus on employee development, optimum utilization of resources (via synergies) and creation of cost efficiencies in order to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Human Resources department
- Provides advice to and coordinates manpower planning activities to all Project / Region
- Manage the Recruitment process to ensure that it is timely and cost effective in order to meet the staffing needs of the business
- Manage the Saudization and Feminization requirements effectively/obtaining visas
- Manage the performance appraisal system to drive employee progress
- Manage the workforce forecasting/identify future staffing needs
- Manage the entire payroll process, in order to ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time
- Manage the payment process in order to ensure that financial outgoings and entitlements are correct and in line with the edicts of the law
- Coach, counsel, guide the HR department members in order to create a motivation, strong team

Requirements

- HR Manager a Bachelors degree is mandatory and it is essential that you have 4-5 years KSA experience and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities, KSA local laws with focus on Saudization and Feminization and an extensive network within the KSA labour department is crucial.
- Previous experience in large and/or multinational company would be preferred.
- Due to the Sauditization program this role is only open to Saudi nationals.
