Job description / Role
- HR Manager is responsible for compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- HRM is responsible for Government related matter like license renewals, CR and Labor Office
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Allocate resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
Requirements
- Degree Qualified in HR or equivalent
- 4-5 years of HRM experience, expertise in people management and dealing diversified workforce.
The HR Manager should have experience in dealing with GR matters for renewal of Industrial Licenses, CRs, Labor Office etc.
