Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Salary: SAR 15,000 – 22,000

To be responsible for management of the day to day HR activities for the GCC region and to ensure that Rapid Access is compliant with both internal and external policies; procedures and local labour laws whilst supporting the business in achieving its goals.

Responsibilities:
• To oversee the daily tasks within the HR function for internal and external compliance in all HR activities.
• To ensure that every employee holds a valid resident and work permit in each of KSA & Bahrain.
• To ensure that every employee is issued with the correct Contract of Employment relevant to the country of employment in a timely manner.
• To be proactive in visa quota and new visa applications to ensure visa availability is managed to support the business whilst adhering to nationalization requirements.
• To prepare monthly HR reports both internal and for the Group in conjunction with the HR Director.
• To deal with telephone and personal enquiries in a confident and timely manner.
• Responsibility for the implementation of all HR policies, procedures and processes in conjunction with the HR Director and to ensure that all Company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
• Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
• To co-ordinate the collation and analysis of key data and information from across the business and to manage the integrity and supply of the data.
• To carry out duties at all times in accordance with Lavendon Groups equal opportunities, health and safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• To manage the day to day operations within the HR function and to assist the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business with all tasks completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• To establish and maintain a close working relationship with all country PRO’s to ensure labour law compliance.
• To work with the KSA & Bahrain senior management team and functional heads in the forecasting, deployment and utilisation of the workforce.
• To work with line managers and ensure that all employees are formerly inducted into the business in line with the Lavendon Group standards.
• To take day to day responsibility for the resolution of employee disputes and performance management issues.
• To monitor and manage external suppliers of HR & Recruitment services ensuring compliance with the contract and service level agreements.
• Work in partnership with line management providing support to actively improve employee performance.
• Assist in the development of resourcing and recruitment plans, ensuring cost and productivity levels are maintained.
• Responsible for defining and implementing processes and procedures in line with the Lavendon Group standards that are fit for purpose and add value to resourcing and employee development activities.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
• Credible communicator, comfortable influencing senior managers with the ability to negotiate and establish common ground.
• Experience of the KSA region with an extensive knowledge of local labour laws is a MUST.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent.
• Reports to HR Director, Middle East & International.
