My client is an ambitious retail company looking for a HR manager to join the company and implement a full HR department.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, President and Managing Director, the HR Manager is accountable for the people, capability and culture function across the business.
You will act as a key member of the executive team and be responsible for a small admin team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Recruitment
- Retention
- Remuneration
- Performance Management
- Health and Safety
- Employment Relations
- People Capability Development
- Organisational Development
Requirements
- 8 years of HR Management experience - essential
- Already be based in Dubai - essential
- Western educated - essential
- Retail HR experience - essential
- Interested in sports - essential
- Passionate and energetic personality - essential

Salary:
AED 20,000 - 25,000
