Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Jeddah head office of a market leading Saudi Arabian company. Working closely with the HR Director you will provide leadership on HR strategies and help develop & implement policies to support the business growth across KSA.

The key areas of focus for you will be;
•Policy development and implementation
•Performance management
•Pay & compensation; ensuring salaries are competitive with market rates
•Recruitment & selection process
•Management of Personnel files
•Development of Training programs
•Various ad hoc projects to support the management team

Requirements

You will need excellent previous HR Management experience, ideally within KSA and the Middle East region. An ability to build strong relationships across a multi-site organization is essential.
Arabic/ English bi-lingual skills are essential.
