Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading construction company based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Talent Manager for a newly created position.
This role will report to the senior leadership team and work closely with the CEO, COO and VP. Communicating and coordinating with all Managers, you will ensure work environment building initiatives are set with the executive management team and carried out throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for creating a companywide performance management framework and a variable pay incentives scheme aligning employee interest with that of the company's long and short term goals.
In addition, you will create and conduct team building exercises and events to enhance the culture of the teams whilst working closely with the Vice Chairman, CEO and COO.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 10 years experience coupled with solid regional experience within talent. You should be familiar with the above outlined initiatives, preferably with an international company that has exhibited a strong culture in the past. It is essential you have an excellent background in talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and organisational development. Only Degree educated candidates will be considered for this role.
