HR Manager - Terminal Operations - Iraq - Arabic Speaking
A Terminal Operation in Iraq is currently looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager who can structure and build a HR department from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, preparing Job Descriptions, Trainings etc.
- Building and structuring the HR from scratch and building the teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Managerial Level role within HR.
- You must be fluent in Arabic (Writing and Speaking).
- Previous experience building an HR department from scratch.
- Experience in Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, preparing Job Descriptions, Trainings etc.
