The RoleThe RoleCharterhouse Partnership is working with a government organisation based in Dubai who are looking to hire an experienced individual to serve as their HR Manager. They require a UAE National to head up their existing HR team and the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, plans and procedures. You will be required to develop, review and implement HR policies as well as integrate HR best practices. You will be responsible for developing HR forms and formalising all HR processes, procedures and standards including KPIs for the HR Department. You should have the ability to propose innovative changes and develop and maintain the quality Management systems and procedures. |
RequirementsRequirementsOur client will only consider UAE Nationals for this role and you should hold a bachelors Degree coupled with a minimum of seven years experience in a large and active service organisation. You should possess excellent HR knowledge in training, planning, development, management of functions as well as systems and procedures. Our client is looking for a goal driven leader who confidently motivates, mobilises and coaches employees to meet the highest performance standards. |
