Manage the implementation of Human Resources strategies, policies and procedures to ensure that the company has the necessary resources to realize its strategic objectives and that employees are motivated, engaged to maximize their performance and contribution to the organization.

-manpower plans
-employee staffing level as per manpower plan
-employee utilization level; equal distribution of workload.
-Quality recruitment.
-Training & Development plan/budget and implementation
-Standard of compensation and benefits policy administered

Requirements

Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ Business Management with specialization in HR or equivalent.
-10 years of experience, of which 5 years in a senior position in HR field.
-Proficiency in HR Processes & systems
-Administrative Experience
-Proficient Computer Skills – MS Office
-Excellent Communication skills.
-People orientation
-Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
