HR Manager - Abu Dhabi
A global Oil & Gas business are currently looking for a HR Manager to oversee various business units within their Abu Dhabi operations.
Responsibilities include;
Gap analysis
Job evaluation/ Job Grading reviews
Organizational review/re-structure
Change Management
HR Operations/Strategic
Bench marking
Global alignment
Requirements
Only candidates based in the UAE currently can be considered for this position;
Must have a degree
CIPD would be preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years experience in HR
Ideally 3-4 years in a Management position
Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred - Construction/Engineering/Manufacturing experience would be considered
30,000 - 35,000 AED/month + Medical + Flights + Education Allowance
