Employment: Full Time

A confidential client specialised in technical solutions for airlines, based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Manager. This person will work on behalf of Adecco ME in a contract role, on-going assignment to support this client.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To provide full general HR support to the business
• Manage performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional manner
• Develop and Manage Internal communication system
• Generate MIS and submit the same to HO
• Manage and implement all activities concerning employee relations and welfare, including team building activities
• Ensure Monthly payroll is completed accurately and meets monthly deadlines
• Manage, implement, review and update all activities related to employees Training and Development
• Develop a manpower plan to meet the needs of all departments, clearly identify vacant positions, budget and meet requirement either through internal promotions or external recruitment

Requirements

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
• At least 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist with knowledge of UAE Law
• Experience in people management
• Successful track record in recruitment – development and engagement of talented people
• Fluent in English
• Driving licence
• University degree in HR / Business or Social studies will consider as an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build strong relationships
• Planning and organisation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously
• Ability to achieve desired results in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Dynamism. Strong personality, able to motivate, influence, take initiative and display high level of energy
• Resilience. Working under pressure and tolerance to frustration
