Job description / Role
The ideal candidates must be well with the HR Strategies to lead a highly diversified manpower. The person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Induction, Training & Development, Industrial Relations and coordination with Government departments and other works related to Human Resource Field.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years hard core HR experience in a reputable organization and M.B.A. in HR is desirable.
- Fluency in English is a must and ability to read/write/speak Arabic is preferable
- Ability to analyze organization behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations
- Professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions
- Skilled in Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR Policies, Exposure to function of Personnel Department and coordination work with Government Departments.
