Employment: Full Time

BWP are working with a client in Abu Dhabi assisting on sourcing for a HR Manager position,

Duties
- Reporting to the HR Director
- Responsible for recruitment requirements, preparing offer letters / contracts of employment, liaising with the internal recruitment team
- Designed and implemented a performance management system leading to identifying development objectives
- Coached senior management on the process of performance management implementation plan to ensure their buy in and their personal accountability.
- Liaising with recruitment team on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with organization market conditions and policies
- Creating & implementing policies & procedures
- Performance reviews, business leadership & company appraisals
- Maintaining all employee personnel & HR Records
- Managed compliance with local labor law and ensured smooth activities in relation to government authorities.
- Talent management & recruitment
- Managed grievance/discipline procedures and conducted employee investigations
- Managed the administrative team responsible for companys trade licenses and renewals, office rent and fit-out and relocation procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (CIPD would be advantageous)
- 5 years work experience as a HR manager or similar role within the UAE
- 10 years work experience (5 years within the UAE)
- Experience of defining, implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Performance Management expertise essential as large part of this role
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Knowledge
- General knowledge of UAE employment laws and practices
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills (Arabic would be beneficial)
