HR Manager

Job description / Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new organisation and make the role your own. As this role is based in Ajman you must either live in the area or be able to travel daily to the office. You initial responsibilities will be to set up the whole HR department and then manage it operationally therefore you must have experience within a start up company or new HR department.
Responsibilities include:
• Create and implement policies and procedures and the HR infrastructure in line with UAE labour law to include; disciplinaries, grievances, PRO operations, annual leave, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, performance management and organisation structure
• Recruit a team of HR staff to assist in rolling out these policies
• This is a vital role which will include liaising with senior managers and producing reports for statistics such as recruitment, retention and performance management

Salary: 18 - 20,000 Dhs

Requirements

• It is essential that candidates must have HR experience within the healthcare industry. You should be project orientated and have a proven track record of designing, creating and implementing HR policies
• A HR qualification is necessary for this role along with a minimum of 2 years UAE experience and experience of managing people.
• Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered
