Designing and implementing policies and procedures, Full HR operational exposure, Distributing strategic values and direction to employees, and dealing with multi cultures and religions - this is a great role for an enthusiastic HR Manager. You will be undertaking a lot of Training and Development within the workforce and undertaking a strong Comps & Bens strategy to streamline the remuneration structure. |
RequirementsRequirementsThough the company is Automotive - you don't have to have an automotive background - but must be keen to learn a new industry. Arabic is a distinct advantage and given the nature of the location, we can only consider Male candidates. So if you have 5 - 10 years HR experience, a thirst for adventure and the drive and ambition to take the company through a growth period - this role is for you! |
