HR MANAGER - QAA

For our client, a rapidly growing governmental organisation in Bahrain, we are now looking for an HR Manager to join the new management team.

The role will involve creating and putting in place the complete HR function of the organisation (identify recruitment needs, recruitment processes, training programmes, pay roll, admin. etc.), hiring a high number of new staff and building an organisational culture within this fast-moving environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience as a HR Manager or similar role, will have expertise in recruitment and a proven track record in developing and implementing HR related policies & strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a HR expert with management skills who has affiliation and or expertise within the education sector and is a fluent English and preferably Arabic speaker.
