The RoleThe Role£55k - £65k sterling tax free. My client is a Global market leader in their field. They are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for their Regional Head Office in Bahrain. With a strong presence within the Middle East and plans of further growth within the Region, they are looking for a self assured, confident HR Manager who can operate within a small team environment. In this role you will be working as a true business partner with senior managers across the business, providing them with advice and support. |
RequirementsRequirementsWith substantial hands on HR generalist experience you will be fully capable of implementing group HR strategy and policy including performance management, group reward principles, L&D initiatives, recruitment methodologies as well as handling ER situations. Suitable candidates will need to be resilient and be able to work in a changing environment and have the ability to push back when required. You will be commercially savvy and strategic in your approach. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be given full support and a platform to fast track your career within a leading globally recognised MNC. |
