Employment: Full Time

The company is a leading global integrated security company specializing in the provision of security products, services & solutions.

The client is looking for a visionary manager to drive the growth of the business in Lebanon. Reporting to the Managing Director, and working with the countrys senior management team, the HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and supporting the senior team members in meeting their individual business units targets.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops organisational strategies by identifying human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational objectives.
- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, equal opportunity compliance, and labor relations.
- Manages human resources operations; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions;
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organisation values.

Requirements

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working within and leading a Human Resources Department of international standing and diversity.
- Educated to Bachelor Degree or MBA level or professionally qualified.
- Highly collaborative, proactive business partner
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted transactions with multiple, inter-related work streams
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written in English
- Ability to competently facilitate key and relevant information to the management teams as and when required.
- The successful candidate will be a driven energetic individual with a positive can do attitude and will come with a good track record in the HR function.
- The candidate will have the ability to develop, manage and invest in the team. The candidate will plan, direct, manage and oversee all aspects of the HR function and will have experience in formulating strategic objectives and plans.
- Setting key performance measures for the team for monitoring the performance of the HR function and the overall business.
- Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values.
- The ability to operate in diverse cultural environments.
