The RoleThe RoleThis prestigious multinational organization, a world leader in their field, currently requires a highly experienced and capable HR Manager for their Levant operation, to be based in Lebanon and manage multiple locations. Following a recent re-structure this is an exciting and challenging key role, where a hands on operational generalist HR background is essential and Change Management experience is imperative. Role will cover all areas of Human Resources including: HR Policies and Procedures reviewing, designing, implementing policies and processes HR Strategy implementing and driving initiatives, advising senior business leaders Change Management acting as a agent of change, driving the business forward Compensation and Benefits - salary surveys, compensation data, rewards, benefits Talent Acquisition A-Z recruitment process, attracting talent, onboarding, exit interviews Employee Relations Labour Law, advising managers, assisting in legal cases, ensuring adherence to employment law, managing disciplinary and grievance procedures Performance Management managing the process Learning and Development implementing L&D initiatives Talent Management and Succession identifying key talent through development planning HR Information systems and Payroll ensure integrity of data, reporting, monitoring |
RequirementsRequirements Bachelors Degree in HR or equivalent business subject HR qualification preferred 5+ years experience in Human Resources Management Solid HR operations experience, but with a strategic mindset Strong HR Practitioner who can work in an operational role and manage multiple locations successfully Good knowledge of local Labor Law (Levant region) Change Management experience Compensation and Benefits management, recruitment experience High degree of professionalism and confidentiality Strong, assertive and influential leader Good people-management experience and ability Good analytical ability and attention to detail Calm, can work under pressure, resilient Project management ability Strong and confident communicator, at all levels, in English and Arabic *Very attractive salary and benefits package on offer for the right candidate, plus the chance to be part of a dynamic, global organization, and the opportunities that this can offer. |
