Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our client organisation who will be responsible for human resource planning, recruitment, compensation, performance management, training and development and regulatory compliances.

Requirements

- Strong Education Background needed with minimum MBA level and preferably in in HR.
- 10 years of experience with 4-5 years in the similar role with an MNC.
- Proficient knowledge in HR administration and supervision, Business management and administration, Financial strategy and planning.
- Experience working in the Middle East, ideally Qatar.
