Employment: Full Time

NB: All expenses pertaining to the interview in Qatar will be reimbursed by the client only if the candidate is selected for the role.

Our client is a diversified business group with interest in Real Estate, Quality Service Restaurants (QSR), Boutique Cafes and Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) with drive, focus, commitment and anticipation of market trends to bring state-of-the-art projects that add value to all stakeholders in the Qatari market.

They have plans for the immediate future to expand across the region with initial focus on Qatar.
Due to the exciting growth period ahead, they are seeking an HR Manager who will be responsible for overall operation and functions of human resource department that includes recruitment, performance management, training and development, legal and administrative matters etc.

This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Group.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall operation and functions of human resource department that includes, recruitment, performance management, training and development, legal and administrative matters etc.
• Implement annual performance appraisal system for all group companies.
• Ensure annual manpower budget from each HODs with complete manpower cost.
• Develop compensation and benefit plan and carry out necessary survey through agencies if required.
• Communicate with company Lawyer as and when required for HR related tasks
• Carryout training needs assessment of all department staff and coordinate with department head in selecting the training programs as required.
• Develop succession plan model for each key positions in coordination with HOD.
• Ensure complete alignment of staff with company mission, vision and corporate values.
• Ensure complete legal documentation of all staff, like, visa, residence permit, health card etc.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
• Generate MIS reports on a regular basis as developed and agreed by the management.
• Promote group mission, vision and demonstrate corporate values.
• Ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with approved systems and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an MBA Graduate with at least 10 years experience in Human Resource Management in a good leading organization, good communication, coaching, guiding and counseling skills, good interpersonal and leadership abilities and a highly organized, analytical and decision making abilities.
