Job description / Role

We are seeking a qualified HR professional for this senior role within the college, reporting directly to the Business Manager, and working closely with the senior leadership group.
As HR Manager you will be taking on a generalist Human Resources role dealing with day to day operational duties and involvement with strategic advice and guidance to the senior leadership group. Leading a dedicated team, you will manage all aspects of the HR function including strategy and policy, resourcing, compensation and benefits and immigration/government liaison.
Requirements
Ideally with a working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, you will have a hands-on proactive approach with the drive to continue to develop the excellence of the HR function.
You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with broad generalist HR experience preferably gained in an educational environment.
