HR Manager

Dubai, UAE

AED 25,000 - 30,000 a month

Our client, a globally respected and highly successful consultancy, is currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join their regional head office based inDubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and work with the very best in their field in a diverse and growing company.

As the HR Manager, your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR duties including all generalist activities, monitoring and reporting on HR issues, the creation of personal development plans and global and regional projects. You will be dealing directly with staff to give advice and support within this highly successful organisation.

You will be required to provide input into the business strategy, as well as taking responsibility for operational HR issues. You will gain excellent exposure across the whole business and be required to influence at all levels.

The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background gained within a large consultancy or professional services environment. You must be based in theMiddle Eastand have a comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law. You will also be degree-educated; have strong communication skills and be able to liaise effectively at all levels.
