Job description / Role
Our client is one of the largest retail and hospitality in the Middle East.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing strategic support to the Head in terms of manpower planning, resource allocation, recruitment, talent development and human resource operations.

Gross monthly base salary : AED 20,000 tax free
Requirements
University qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree major in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Other certifications:
Previous experience : 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources and should have experience in hospitality industry
Other Skills : Advanced knowledge of HR policies, Administration,Recruitment, Compensation modeling,Performance management systems and models
Awareness of the local labour law and legal compliance
Teamwork & collaboration
Communication & Networking skills
Planning and Organising skills
Nationality Preference: Western
