A large infrastructure and development organisation are looking to hire an HR Manager to provide a responsive, professional and value adding range of HR activities for their Dubai operation.

Reporting to the senior Management team you will be responsible for recommending HR policies and objectives in order to establish positive relationships between employers and employees within the organisation. You will be required to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, remuneration policies including advice on competitive conditions as well as anomalies and review information. You will also be responsible for the coordination of recruitment, selection and training, preparation of HR budget and management plans, succession planning processes as well as performance management and appraisals.

This is a Management role where you will lead business performance at an operational level therefore prior experience leading a HR function is essential, preferably within a medium to large size multisite company within the engineering, contracting, construction or property industries. You should have previous experience dealing directly with labour issues and blue collar workers. The successful candidate should be well organised, a strong leader, have the ability to work within tight time frames and be able to grow and develop with the business. Our client is looking to hire a female, native English speaking candidate for this role.
