Job description / Role
This role is key to the success of the IT Transformation as it will focus on improvements in learning and development, culture, training and ensure changes in organization and roles are handled effectively.
A key part of this role will be lead organization and HR changes, influencing and changing culture and mindset of teams, learning and development strategy and plan, including specific plans for UAE national development, recruitment strategies, improving employee engagement, talent management and organization change.
Requirements
For this role it will be key to have strong relationship building and communication skills to ensure that the organization is completely bought into the Lean philosophy.
You will also need to have experience within the banking industry (Core, retail, private banking)
5 years experience in the banking / IT industry.
Minimum of Bachelor degree in HR / IT or banking.
